Hi, I’m Emily!

Life has a way of piling things on—family stress, relationship struggles, work pressure, or just the mental gymnastics of everyday decision-making. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” something that’s wrong with you. It’s about creating space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with who you are and where you want to go.

With over a decade of experience in the medical field, I work with older teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, self-worth challenges, and those “what am I doing with my life?” moments. I use a warm, person-centered approach that blends cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques—and I promise never to hand you a one-size-fits-all answer.

Clients often tell me they feel instantly at ease with me—and that’s intentional. I show up as my full, real self so you can feel safe showing up as yours. I’ll meet you wherever you are, offer genuine support, and walk beside you as you grow through whatever life is throwing your way.

I’ve lived abroad, traveled to almost every continent, and am raising a family of my own—so I know how much change, culture, and connection can shape a person. When I’m not in session, you’ll find me hiking, snowboarding, lifting weights, chasing after my son, or hanging out with my husband, two dogs, and probably a horse if I had it my way.
