About Emma Sitole-Lesch

Hi, I’m Emma!

I’m a licensed therapist with a passion for helping people grow, heal, and feel more like themselves. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s degrees in both Family and Human Development and Social Work (my education gave me the skills to support others—and a lifelong habit of highlighting everything). This background helps me understand how people think, feel, relate, and how to support them through life’s ups, downs, and everything in between.

As a multilingual therapist from a multicultural family—and a proud LGBTQ ally—I’m committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for people from all walks of life. I blend research-based approaches with genuine compassion, and I truly love helping others tap into their resilience, work through challenges, and reconnect with their inner strength.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me scuba diving, planning my next travel adventure, or hanging out with my dog and family. Growing up in a multilingual household taught me early on that language is one of the most powerful connectors. Over time, I’ve realized that emotional pain and trauma speak their own language too—and I consider it a privilege to help clients decode, understand, and heal from it.

Whether we’re exploring your story or just figuring things out one step at a time, I show up with curiosity, warmth, and zero judgment. You’re the expert on your life—I’m just here to help you navigate the journey with support, insight, and maybe a few lighthearted moments along the way.
