Hi, I'm Holly. I believe healing happens in connection, and often in the smaller moments of everyday life. Whether you're grieving, recovering from trauma, going through a big life change, or just feeling stuck, you don't have to figure it out on your own. My hope is to offer a space where you can show up however you are, without feeling like you have to perform or have it all together.
One of my favorite quotes is, "You are who you surround yourself with." I try to be one of those people in your corner. Someone who listens without judgment and stays steady beside you as you do the work. A lot of what I bring to this comes from my own life. I've lost people I loved too soon, watched family members rebuild after trauma, and had the gift of raising a daughter and seeing who she's become. Those experiences shape how I sit with people in hard moments. I'd rather be real with you than polished.
Outside of work, I'm someone who's always learning. I love good music, documentaries, and reading about other cultures and histories. Travel has meant a lot to me over the years, especially a trip through southern Africa that gave me a deeper respect for resilience and community. I'm close with my parents, I volunteer with causes that support Veterans and mental health awareness, and I have a dog who comes pretty much everywhere with me. When I have downtime, I'm usually painting, writing, or making something with my hands.
If any of this resonates, I'd be glad to hear from you. Reach out whenever you're ready, and we'll take it from there.
