About Megan Cundiff

Hi there — I'm Megan! I’m so glad you’re here.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to go through hard things and not want to do it alone. My goal is to be the kind of support I once needed: someone safe, genuine, and in your corner. I believe healing happens when we feel seen without judgment, and that’s exactly the space I work to create.

Whether you’re an adult navigating life transitions, a couple wanting to reconnect, or a parent worried about your child, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. I pull from CBT, family systems, psychodynamic therapy, and sprinkle in mindfulness and play therapy for the little ones. (Sometimes Legos and crayons do more than words ever could.)

Clients tell me they feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves around me — even if “themselves” includes tears, sarcasm, or awkward jokes. I take that as a win.

When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me organizing a closet for fun (yes, really), singing like nobody’s listening (thank goodness), or snuggling with my two oversized dogs, Kyro and Kove. I’m a hopeless romantic, a tractor-driving, glider-flying farm girl from Illinois with a soft spot for George Strait and wide-open skies.

If you’re ready to work through the hard stuff, laugh when we can, and feel a little more like yourself again — I’d be honored to walk with you.
