About Tianna Chandler

Hello, I’m Tianna. I believe that every person carries inherent strength, wisdom, and resilience—even during moments when it may not feel that way. My approach to therapy is rooted in deep respect for each client’s lived experience and autonomy. I see my role as walking alongside you, offering support, insight, and practical tools as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward the life you want to build.

I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Through empathy, active listening, and genuine connection, I work to ensure that therapy feels collaborative, empowering, and grounded in your values and goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, uncover the strengths you already carry, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Like many people, my own life has been shaped by both joyful and deeply difficult experiences. I know what it feels like to believe that things may never change—and I also know how powerful healing can be when you are met with compassion, support, and meaningful human connection. Those experiences, combined with my education and training, shape the heart of my work as a therapist.

Outside of therapy, creativity plays a big role in how I stay grounded. I love art and creative expression, and I believe they can be powerful tools for healing. I also enjoy learning about different cultures, traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring local spots—whether that’s hiking in the White Tank Mountains after a good rain, visiting the Phoenix Art Museum, sketching near the Japanese Friendship Garden, or reading by a big window at Burton Barr Central Library. Music is another favorite outlet of mine, especially when I’m creating the best choreography in my head (even if it doesn’t quite translate in real life).

You are not alone. If you’re reading this, you may be looking for clarity, support, or direction—and reaching out is a brave and meaningful first step. You matter. Your story matters. I would be honored to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and balance.

When you’re ready, I’m here. Let’s begin this journey together.
