Welcome! I’m Tori and I'm so glad you’re here!
Taking this step to seek support takes courage, and I want you to know you don’t have to go through hard things alone.
I became a therapist because I know firsthand how healing it can be to have someone truly see, hear, and believe in you. As a certified trauma coach and somatic therapist, I bring both professional training and personal understanding into the room. My own journey of overcoming childhood trauma shaped me into the resilient, compassionate person I am today—and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping others heal, grow, and thrive.
In my practice, I work with kids (ages 10–12), teens, and adults, as well as families and couples. I specialize in working with children, creating a safe and supportive space where they can feel validated, empowered, and even have fun while building confidence and coping skills. Whether we’re engaging through play, leaning into somatic tools, or using structured approaches like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or Solution-Focused Therapy, my goal is to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs.
When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me outdoors—hiking, snowboarding, paddleboarding, or enjoying a sunny patio with friends. I love exploring new places (I’ve visited more than 30 countries!), reading, attending concerts and sporting events, and riding my motorcycle. At home, I share life with my cat Ravioli, who always keeps me laughing.
My goal is to create a space where you feel accepted, supported, and empowered to explore your own story. Together, we’ll work toward uncovering your resilience, processing challenges, and building the tools you need to move forward with clarity and confidence. Healing happens best when we make room for connection, curiosity, and even joy—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
